Ryan Moore, the brother of Frank Ocean, has died, the Thousand Oaks Acorn reports and Pitchfork can confirm. Moore, who was also known as Ryan Breaux, was killed in a car crash early Sunday morning (August 2) in Thousand Oaks, California. The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Ryan Moore as one of the victims in the crash. He was 18 years old.
